This Privacy Policy describes the information that National Loan Exchange Inc ("NLEX") collects through its website (the "Website"), and how NLEX uses that information.

Each time you ("User" or "You" or "Your") use www.nlex.com (the "Website" or "Site"), the current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, each time You visit the Website, You should check the date appearing at the end of this Privacy Policy. If that date is later than the date of Your last visit, You should review any changes to this Privacy Policy. IF AT ANY TIME YOU FIND THIS PRIVACY POLICY UNACCEPTABLE OR YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE USER AGREEMENT, YOU MUST LEAVE THE WEBSITE. You will have the option of choosing not to provide us with this information.

Use of Data
NLEX.com uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate back to you, to update you on service and offerings, and to personalize our web site for you.

Use of Your Email Address
NLEX.com requests that you provide us with your email address when you register as a customer. Many of the downloadable files on our website are encrypted and require a password in order to view. NLEX.com will send you an email with the password of files that you have downloaded. We may occasionally send you email with recommendations or notices of new portfolios and services. You may block, or opt-out of future email of this type, simply by following the instructions at the bottom of the update messages.

Who We Share It With
NLEX.com will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide online with other NLEX entities, portfolio sellers, and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described in "Use of Data".

NLEX.com may contain links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are "clicking" to another Web site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites, as their privacy policies may differ from ours.

Cookies and Tracking Technology
NLEX.com uses software tags called "cookies" to identify customers when they visit our site. A cookie is a small data file that certain web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Some parts of NLEX's website uses cookies to track user traffic patterns. We do this in order to determine the usefulness of our website information to our users and to see how effective our navigational structure is in helping users reach that information. Log Files
NLEX.com maintains log files of the traffic that visits the NLEX.com site. Log files are used to manage traffic loads and information technology requirements for providing reliable service. Information collected includes IP addresses, User ID and browser types.

Log files provide NLEX.com a method for determining the amount of users who viewed each portfolio as well as those who have downloaded the due diligence files for review.

Your ability to Correct/Update/Delete User Information
If you are a registered NLEX.com user, you can review your personal information by accessing www.nlex.com. Users may also request deletion of your NLEX.com account or any personal information held by us by sending an email to clientservices@nlex.com.

Our Privacy Policy Regarding Children who Visit our Site
NLEX and its website www.nlex.com does NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen, and therefore is not bound by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). However, If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally-identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before collecting any personally-identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. NLEX does NOT knowingly allow children under the age of thirteen to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally-identifiable contact information.

Information Security
All information gathered on the NLEX.com site is stored and maintained in secure facilities that limit access to authorized personnel only. This personnel can only access the information through a series of access-control procedures. All NLEX.com employees are briefed about the company's privacy and security policies on a regular basis. The NLEX.com Web site is regularly tested for security breaches to ensure that all information collected is secure from unauthorized viewing.

Your NLEX.com account information is password-protected for your privacy and security. NLEX.com safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. In certain areas of our websites, NLEX.com uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to enhance the security of data transmissions. Notification of Changes
If we change our privacy policy, we will post a notice on our site so our users are aware of the change in what information we collect, how we use it, and/or under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their previously submitted information in this different manner.
